Our Products
The visuals of the Products displayed on our website, in our samples, and in our brochures are intended solely for illustrative purposes. There may be slight variations between your Products and the images shown, and minor discrepancies may exist between the advertised details and the final Products.
Our products are crafted by hand using genuine Gypsum plaster. It is common to observe small imperfections, particularly around the edges. These minor flaws are not regarded as defects, as they will typically be concealed with adhesive during standard installation.
Our products are not kept in stock and are produced only after we receive a confirmed order. These items are deemed unsuitable for long-term storage and will be clearly marked on our webpages. They should not be ordered unless installation is planned to occur shortly after delivery. Once manufactured, these Products cannot be cancelled.
Given the nature of our Products, some moisture may still be present upon delivery. It is crucial to unpack and store the Products in an appropriate environment to prevent any damage to both the Products and any surfaces they may contact.

The process of forming a contract between you and us
Our shopping pages will assist you in navigating the steps necessary to place an order with us. During the order process, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any mistakes before finalising your order. We encourage you to carefully read and verify your order at each stage of the process.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received it. However, please be aware that this acknowledgment does not signify acceptance of your order.
In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order for a Product—whether due to unavailability, inability to meet your requested delivery date, or an error in pricing as mentioned in clause we will notify you via email and will not proceed with your order. If you have already made a payment for the Products, we will refund the full amount, including any delivery charges incurred.
Our Authority to Modify These Terms
We maintain the right to modify these Terms periodically.
Each time you place an order for Products with us, the Terms that are in effect at that time will govern the Contract between you and us.
We may update these Terms as they pertain to your order from time to time to accommodate changes in applicable laws and regulatory standards. Should we need to update these Terms for your order, we will reach out to you with reasonable advance notice regarding the changes and inform you of your options to cancel the Contract if you do not agree with the modifications. This is not relevant where delivery delays occur at our end.
Delivery
We strive to deliver the majority of goods within the estimated timeframes, but not exceeding 30 days after the expected completion date outlined in the Expected Completion Date Email for made-to-order and bespoke items, or following the Confirmation Email (which confirms our acceptance of your order) for off-the-shelf products. However, bespoke items may require additional time, which we will inform you of prior to finalising the contract. Additionally, we will always reach out to you 1 or 2 days before dispatch. Occasionally, our delivery may be impacted by an Event Outside Our Control. We highly recommend that you do not engage professionals until the Products have been delivered, as our delivery dates are only estimates.
If no one is present at your address to receive the delivery, we will make an effort to leave a note indicating that the Products have been returned to our facilities. In this situation, please contact us (using the details provided above) to schedule a new delivery time and date. Due to the size and weight of our Products, we reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge if you are unavailable at the delivery address at the pre-arranged time and date.
The delivery of an Order is considered complete when we deliver the Products to the address you provided, and from that moment, the Products will be your responsibility.
You will own the Products once we have received full payment, including any applicable delivery fees.
Refunds
All of our products are made to order and hence no refunds will be offered under any circumstances without managers prior approval.
